As usual, an excellent job with first-class printing and service. Only problem encountered was that booklets, requested to come by express delivery on a specific date at extra cost, did not arrive till the following day. However, in a total of about 23 orders in over 3 years this has only happened once, or at the most twice, and was probably the carrier's problem. Normally, the delivery service, as well as the booklets, has been excellent.

What a great service. I've been able to review a proof of my order, and make changes as I feel necessary until I'm totally happy. Only then is my money paid and I'm always happy with the result. I've ordered several different stickers over the last year, and I've always been happy with the results. I'll continue to be a customer. Great service, quick, and very good value.

Excellent service in most respects. My order was very time sensitive and it wasn't altogether clear to me whether the 'express' service would have made a tangible difference. In the event, having waited almost 24 hours for an update, I was given a 2-hour window within which to approve proofs. Which I missed. A little more upfront clarity over what the express service offers, and on the deadlines for meeting delivery schedules, would have gone a long way in my case. This could just be on the website. Still, though we didn't meet my deadline, the service was quick and high quality and I would definitely recommend.

Public Service Announcement - Saddle Stitched and Stapled are two different names for one identical booklet format. And, as it goes, DPI are still a 5 star service for reliable, speedy print automagically organised online. I'm a fan!
