Extremely helpful staff, and excellent delivery and quality of end product. I was however surprised to find that all files are deleted after 6 months, which could be a slight worry if business is slack then picks up, but I can understand the amount of data that would have to be stored is colossal if you went back more than this time. I recently ordered 20 a5 colour books. To be honest I was a bit nervous about the quality and finish but I was pleasantly surprised by the results. The finished product looks brilliant. The recycled silk is fantastic. Delivery was just two days from ordering. I had used the online chat twice before ordering and both times the representative (Chris) was extremely helpful. I will be ordering another batch soon. Great service in all departments.
