Their website is excellent: logically laid out and easy to navigate. The process of uploading image files online is very straight forward, even for a newcomer.   I was overhall happy with my order. I received it within a normal timeframe. The quality of the paper and the print and colours was good. No particular problem and good value for th e price. The only thing I am a little sad about is I would have liked to be able to get a sample for free to be able to compare better different type of papers and coating before ordering the full quantity.
