I've been using this printer for about 6 years on the occassional projects I get, and have ALWAYS been very satisfied with the result. I've been doing graphic design for about 30 years (not as hands-on in the last several years, and feel like a beginner with how fast the software changes). I'm amazed at how easy Digital Printing's process is for any level of experience. I like how easy it the website is to spec a job. Their communication throughout the process from spec to delivery is always prompt and clear. I've deducted a star because other services offer a bit better user interface, better customer service and give a 360 preview of folded leaflets that is very helpful for my client. Also, customer service communication on this last job was very difficult to get a clear answer about express delivery. Over the years, this is the only time I've had some difficulty, so overall, they deserve every bit of these 4 stars! "
