Excellent work, done well, and at a good price. Wasn't as straight forward as doing it all online, but that may have been down to me not reading the instructions at the start as I should have. Received a call within a day to fix up the issues and got all resolved, and received on time!

I was overhall happy with my order. I received it within a normal timeframe. The quality of the paper and the print and colours was good. No particular problem and good value for th e price. The only thing I am a little sad about is I would have liked to be able to get a sample for free to be able to compare better different type of papers and coating before ordering the full quantity.

The website was easy to navigate (provided I uploaded a 100% print-ready pdf file - for printing a 'test' greetings card). Delivery was quick and the process worked well. On the negative side, I had wanted to be able - with this first order (I usually have my cards printed elsewhere) to discuss the requirements - dimensions of image to allow for an equal set of white borders around the image, for example; the nature of the finish, for example. The only human contact was unhelpful and I felt that my questions couldn't be answered. Although the finished product was good: (a) I hadn't made allowance for the dimensions lost through folding; and (b) the finish was more matte than I had wanted (I would have liked something that was more of a 'silk' finish). These issues I would have addressed had I felt able to discuss them beforehand with a human. So: will I use the service again? I'm not sure at present. Although the process is 'messier' and slower with my usual printer, their service is better and the finished product shows the benefits of some conversation before the job is done. The price from DigitalPrintingIreland was comparable to the price I pay elsewhere. On balance, unless I can make some changes, and in particular have the opportunity to discuss the job beforehand, I'll probably revert to my other printer.
