There was a problem with my order and I received the wrong size envelopes for my cards. But once I contacted and explained the issue was resolved and new envelopes were sent within a day. Mistakes happen, but it was delay with quickly and easily so overall happy with service.

Thank you to all of you for your great work, I got exactly what I asked for and very quickly too. Can't fault the service, or the quality, one thing I would like to see is more options for envelopes, I noticed that the a5 envelope is a bit too big for the a5 greetings cards, it isn't a problem until you need celefane sleeves which need to be bigger again so the card gets a bit lost in the packaging. Thats just my two cents. Thanks again for a great service
