  Your service is very efficient but a bit inflexible. The service with regard to the order I placed (business cards) was fine - no problems at all. However, when I wanted to order a different product, I phoned for information but was just told "look on the website". It wouldn't hurt to help customers to find the information they need - it wasn't easy to find on the website, or else I wouldn't have phoned. I ended up ordering my second product from "Need A Print" who are just as efficient but a lot more helpful than you.

  Excellent well organised service. I wanted delivery delayed for a week as I was out of the country and the things I ordered exactly the day I wanted them to arrive. Good quality products and well printed. Also my 2 kids love to see the parcels arrive as there's always a little pack of sweets in the parcel
