As usual, an excellent job with first-class printing and service. Only problem encountered was that booklets, requested to come by express delivery on a specific date at extra cost, did not arrive till the following day. However, in a total of about 23 orders in over 3 years this has only happened once, or at the most twice, and was probably the carrier's problem. Normally, the delivery service, as well as the booklets, has been excellent.

Public Service Announcement - Saddle Stitched and Stapled are two different names for one identical booklet format. And, as it goes, DPI are still a 5 star service for reliable, speedy print automagically organised online. I'm a fan!
