I am very happy with the product and the customer service. My only complaint is that there is no preview of uploaded artwork on the website before purchase. I am always paranoid that I have made a wrong selection on the size (as with my last order) or sized my artwork incorrectly, which could be solved with a preview section in the order process where you see your artwork on the size selected and how that will be printed. Just a small thing but would make a big difference in my opinion.
