Wanted to thank you for your input but also for making up for adding a couple of extra books. One of them was no cut right and another had white glue showing through the seam so they were unusable but it looks like the printer caught this and therefore included two fresh perfectly printed books. Thanks for that! I appreciate the way Digital Printing Ireland take responsibility for potential mistakes and more than make up for them like adults!

While the order turnaround time is fast and efficient, the initial order I received had 12 pages missing from each booklet, however, after highlighting this to them, and sending them a photo of the booklets with page jumping from 44 to 57 as requested, DigitalPrintingIreland were quick to identify the issue and rectify it and I had a new batch of printed booklets within four days. Everything else was a good service, easy to order, fast and efficient process from booking to delivery. These little glitches do happen from time to time, we're not all perfect I'm sure and I will be placing more orders with DigitalPrintingIreland again in the not too distant future.

Hi I had paid a premium for next day delivery, however the order wasn't completed until the day after that. My client won't pay the premium delivery charge so can I have that credited to my account please.
