I order two banners for a charity event but i was not aware that my file was not good enough as the resolution was too poor. I was suprised to be contacted by their team to suggest me to change the file or to be refunded! I managed to send a new file but as it was close to the date I was not certain they would have manage my order in priority to make sure the delivery would have been done on time. I receive my banners one day before the event ! Perfect timing ! EXCELLENT Quality of product AND service. I definitely recommend them.
