Four checks you need to do before you choose your print provider
It seems that new printers are popping up everywhere in Ireland. Different printers offer different products with seemingly great offers and prices that seem to good to be true. Ask to see examples of previous jobs and get sample books of the paper types, weights and finishes they offer for their print. A good printer will be only too happy to show their work across a full range of products and to guarantee all the print they produce.
3. Reputation
There are a number of sites like Google+ Reviews and other online pages where you can see reviews of Irish businesses including printers. Any reputable printer will also have reviews on their own sites and will readily give you names of other customers. Another good indication of a printer’s reputation is recognition within the industry itself. The print industry in Ireland nominates and rewards print companies with annual awards. Award bodies are easy to find online and if a print company has won awards you can be sure they’ll be only to happy to publicise the news and let you know about it.
4. Guaranteed turnaround and delivery times
You work to deadlines and your printer must work to yours. Do they offer a range of turnaround times and delivery options? These should be clearly advertised and the prices transparent. If you need your job urgently, even the next day, can your printer deliver on time? Make sure your printer is clear on turnaround and guarantees the delivery times they quote.
